The role:
The company is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to hunt new opportunities within the automotive and energy sectors. You will identify, engage and convert automotive retailers/importers into the company’s partners, positioning our EV charging solutions as essential to their EV sales proposition. This is a field-based hunter role where you’ll be on the road, building relationships and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
● Proactively identify and target automotive dealerships across your territory.
● Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature and first order.
● Present the company’s value proposition to car importers or dealership owners, managers, and sales teams.
● Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
● Build a robust pipeline through structured prospecting and account mapping.
● Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations at dealership sites.
● Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to Sales Leadership.

● Confident building relationships at all levels within automotive retail.

● Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills.
● Results-oriented, resilient, and motivated by exceeding targets.
● Comfortable working independently with regular travel.
● Argentinian native that has experience and network in the industry.
Required Experience:
● 3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
● Experience in automotive retail, EV charging or adjacent industries preferred but not required.
● Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business independently.
● Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
● Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
