What we’re looking for:
The Customer & Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth across the customer lifecycle. This role partners closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure strong alignment between customer needs, product positioning, and go-to-market execution.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this position plays a key role in supporting business growth by strengthening customer relationships, increasing product usage, and amplifying customer advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Customer Lifecycle & Growth:
● Develop and execute strategies to engage customers across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and advocacy.
● Own the strategy, execution, and reporting for upsell and expansion campaigns targeted at existing customers.
Customer Communication & Engagement:
● Create compelling, targeted messaging across multiple channels (email, social media, webinars, and other touchpoints).
● Communicate product updates, feature releases, promotions, and educational content clearly and effectively to customers.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market:
● Collaborate with Product Management to develop clear positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market.
● Support the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Customer Advocacy:
● Build and nurture customer advocacy programs, including referrals, reviews, testimonials, and case studies.
● Support the sourcing and creation of customer success stories and marketing assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Reporting, Analytics & Market Insight:
● Track and analyze key metrics related to product adoption, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
● Use insights and data to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Required:
● 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
● Proven experience developing and executing customer and/or product marketing strategies and campaigns.
● Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
● Solid understanding of SaaS business models and experience working with technology products.
● Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
● Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to measure performance and drive decision-making.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally and influence stakeholders.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
● English Level: Fluent (C1+/C2) is mandatory.
