The company is a fintech company specializing in local and cross-border payment solutions for emerging markets. Our platform enables global companies to accept payments in local currencies through native methods in each country, facilitating their international expansion.
We are looking for a Product Owner Payins to lead the evolution of the company’s collection products and local payment methods. This role focuses on optimizing the payins experience — from merchant onboarding to transaction success rates — ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing payment solutions across multiple countries. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to deliver frictionless local payment experiences that drive conversion and growth.

Responsibilities:
● Own the product roadmap and backlog for Payins and local payment methods.
● Define and prioritize features that enhance conversion, user experience, and operational efficiency.
● Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable integrations with local payment providers and APIs.
● Work closely with Operations and Business teams to support merchant onboarding, transaction monitoring, and settlement flows.
● Analyze performance metrics such as authorization rates, latency, and failed transaction ratios to identify improvements.
● Ensure compliance with local payment regulations and support risk management initiatives.
● Maintain strong relationships with external payment partners and acquirers.
● Collaborate with Analytics to measure performance and support data-driven decisions.
● Act as subject-matter expert for local payment methods across regions.

Requirements:
● 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in Payins or Acquiring domains.
● At least 3 years in fintech, payments, or e-commerce platforms.
● Deep understanding of local payment methods, alternative payments, and digital wallets.
● Experience with API-based integrations, transaction flows, and payment gateways.
● Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and optimize performance.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Advanced English (spoken and written)
