We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales & Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is not only organized and detail oriented but also brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for building relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish (native level), with excellent writing and verbal communication skills. You will play a key role in sales support, client communication, and content creation (such as blog writing and professional messages), while also handling direct conversations through our call center.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients via calls, emails, and messages.
● Support sales activities by managing leads, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth follow-ups.
● Write clear, engaging, and professional content for blogs, emails, and client communication.
● Manage and update CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com) to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
● Contribute creative, “outside-the-box” ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
● Ensure reliable performance with stable internet and power supply to avoid service interruptions.
Requirements:
● Native-level Spanish and perfect English (spoken and written).
● Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills; warm, kind, and client-focused.
● Strong writing ability for blogs, professional messages, and client communication.
● Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles preferred.
● Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar).
● Intelligent, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
● Must have consistent, reliable internet connection and power supply.
