The Technical Project Manager, professional level 2, of the R&D Project Management subfamily in the Development job family, is responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s software products. The R&D Project Management subfamily is responsible for the execution of the agile development process and the management of resources and timelines. The Technical Project Manager will provide oversight and facilitation to Engineering projects/scrum teams to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. The role will resolve challenges that arise in project teams by offering expertise, identifying resources, and facilitating discussions.
The professional level 2 role will conduct retrospective assessments to identify and implement process improvements.

Expected Duties:
● Technical Project Managers will effectively lead existing scrum or project teams, with support and guidance from seasoned project manager(s) or management.
● Expected to educate team members on agile processes.
● Responsible for using JIRA to support teams, including report generation.
● Technical Project Managers will start a new scrum or project team with assistance.
● The role will gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications.
● Responsible for serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments and Sr. role to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
● Technical Project Manages will keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.

Qualifications:
● A level 2 professional position will perform simple to moderately difficult/moderately impactful aspects of the role independently, and the position will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the role. The individual will develop professional expertise in the subject area and will apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. The role will work on problems of moderate scope that are varied in a routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
● Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required.
● Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
● Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
● Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
● English Level: C1+.
● Great communication skills.
● SCRUM Master experience.
