We are looking for a senior hands-on IT technician (L2/L3 level) to help us improve and scale our internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, process-driven, and experienced in automation and service delivery within managed services or internal IT teams.
You’ll be our go-to person for identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing tools or scripts to optimize how we operate. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring new ideas to the table, and tell us what’s working — and what’s not.
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze current IT support and infrastructure processes; propose and implement improvements.
● Automate repetitive workflows and recurring support tasks.
● Collaborate with team members to streamline ticketing, onboarding, deployments, and monitoring.
● Work on escalated technical issues (L2/L3 support).
● Create and maintain clear documentation and SOPs.
● Act as a bridge between tech and business, prioritizing efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration roles.
● Proven track record of improving internal processes (ticket handling, onboarding, escalations, etc.)
● Experience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Python, RMM tools, APIs, etc.)
● Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
● Self-starter mindset, able to work with minimal direction and high autonomy.
● Experience in an MSP or similar service-driven environment is a strong plus.
● Excellent communication skills in English (B2+/C1).
● VMWare and Hyper-V experience.
