We are looking for a QA Tester.
Responsibilities:
● Design, build, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, or JUnit.
● Develop and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile banking applications and REST APIs.
● Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to review requirements and clarify testing needs.
● Perform regression, functional, and UAT testing in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
● Create and manage test data; validate data integrity through SQL queries.
● Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and report defects using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
● Conduct log analysis using tools such as Splunk or DynaTrace.
● Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
● Ensure compliance with banking security standards and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven education or certifications in data management and cloud.
● 4–5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in banking or financial services.
● Proven experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG.
● Strong expertise in API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
● Familiarity with payment processing systems: SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, or RTP.
● Good understanding of UAT, pre-prod, and production validation testing.
● Working experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Desirable an Engineering or Computer Science Bachelor.
● English required: B2+/C1.
