We are looking for an RPA Architect with strong technical expertise to design and implement scalable automation solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities:
● Architect and implement scalable automation solutions using Robocorp, Sema4.ai, and/or Power Automate.
● Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution roadmaps.
● Develop reusable automation components and frameworks that align with enterprise architecture standards.
● Ensure automation solutions are secure, compliant, and integrated with existing systems.
● Stay current with emerging automation technologies and recommend enhancements to existing processes.
Requirements:
● 6+ years of experience as RPA Architect.
● 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in automation and RPA.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
● Hands-on experience with Robocorp, Sema4.ai, and Power Automate.
● Strong understanding of API integrations, scripting (e.g., Python), and cloud platforms.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
● Familiarity with low-code/no-code development environments and citizen development frameworks.
● Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows.
● Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, automation governance, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
● Exposure to cloud-based automation deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
● Proven education or certifications in data management and cloud.
● English required: B2+ to C1.
Technologies required:
● Robocorp (Python-based, open-source RPA).
● Sema4.ai (Integrated orchestration and automation suite).
● UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate.
● REST APIs, Python, Docker, Git, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
