The role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building intuitive, responsive, and engaging web experiences. You’ll play a key role in architecting and scaling the frontend of our product, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to bring new features to life.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys shaping early product direction, and takes pride in clean, scalable code. You’ll be helping define how users interact with a product designed to help people find their purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the design and development of user-facing features using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
● Collaborate with designers and product managers to create beautiful, intuitive interfaces.
● Champion performance, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
● Establish and maintain scalable frontend architecture as the product evolves.
● Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate testing coverage.
● Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
● Help define and enforce frontend engineering standards.
● Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
● Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment and beyond.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
● Deep expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
● Familiarity with state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
● Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.)
● A strong eye for design and UX, with an appreciation for detail and polish.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
● Experience with performance tuning, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
● Bonus: experience with TypeScript, testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library), and CI/CD pipelines.
