The role:
We are seeking a Bilingual International Accountant with extensive experience in financial accounting, taxation, and international standards (IFRS, US GAAP). The ideal candidate will be a strategic professional with proven skills in accounting and tax advisory, financial statement consolidation, and optimizing financial processes in multinational companies.
Responsibilities:
● Prepare and present consolidated and individual financial statements in compliance with local and international regulations.
● Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve financial and regulatory objectives.
● Manage tax declaration processes and reporting to government control entities.
● Evaluate tax strategies to optimize the tax burden and ensure compliance.
● Control cash flows, financial projections, and monthly closings.
● Analyze differences between international and local accounting standards for corporate reporting.
● Coordinate internal and external audits for accounting and tax processes.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
● International professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are desirable.
● At least 3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles, including leadership positions.
● Advanced knowledge of ERP systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, and other accounting tools.
● Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and financial analysis tools.
● Experience with database management (Oracle)
● Advanced English (B2 or higher)
