We are seeking a skilled and motivated Programmer with a minimum of 5+ years applicable experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have thorough expertise in MS SQL, Python, Linux OS, and Web Development. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Key responsibilities:
● Database Development & Management:
– Design, develop, and optimize databases using MS SQL Server.
– Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
– Perform database maintenance, migrations, and performance tuning.
● Programming with Python:
– Develop scripts and applications to automate processes or solve complex problems.
– Collaborate on building and maintaining back-end systems and APIs.
– Utilize Python for data manipulation, integration, and analysis.
● Linux Administration:
– Work with Linux-based environments to deploy, configure, and manage software applications.
– Troubleshoot and optimize systems for security and performance.
– Develop shell scripts to enhance system operations and deployments.
● Web Development:
– Build, maintain, and enhance websites or web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
– Ensure web applications are responsive, user-friendly, and secure.
– Work with front-end and back-end technologies to deliver full-stack solutions.
● Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
– Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
– Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to current projects.
Required skills and qualifications:
● Proficiency in MS SQL Server (database design, query optimization, and performance tuning)
● Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing scalable applications.
● Hands-on experience with Linux OS, including scripting and system administration.
● Solid understanding of web development technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Django, Flask, or similar)
● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred qualifications:
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
● Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
