We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to set up, manage, optimize, and pace digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and strategies, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to deliver insightful reports. Experience working in healthcare advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the team to create digital media plans that are aligned with campaign strategies and goals.
● Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google (search, display, and responsive ads), Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram – posts, reels, and stories), YouTube (paid advertising), and LinkedIn.
● Optimize campaigns to maximize performance and return on investment (ROI), using tactics such as A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments.
● Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are on track to meet KPIs and that budgets are being managed correctly.
● Analyze data from active campaigns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Create detailed, thoughtful reports with campaign insights and performance analysis to be shared with clients.
● Evaluate performance of various creative assets and make thoughtful recommendations for adjusting or replacing as needed to prevent ad fatigue.
● Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
● Support website development and optimization work for agency and clients.

Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
● Proficiency using advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
● Fully fluent in English, both written and spoken.
● Experience using NinjaCat and Shape software is a plus.
● Ability to use Excel.
● Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
● Experience in analyzing campaign data and making data-driven optimizations.
● Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to articulate clear and actionable insights for clients.
● Ability to balance both tactical execution and strategic thinking.
● Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with internal teams.
