The role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCI DSS 4.1 compliance, particularly requirement 6.5, and possess extensive experience in bulk data processing, multi-threading, and transport security. This role requires proficiency in developing APIs, REST, GraphQL, console applications, and data migrations, with a specific focus on cloud migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure .NET applications.
● Ensure compliance with PCI DSS 4.1 requirement 6.5, including secure coding practices to protect against common vulnerabilities.
● Develop and integrate APIs, RESTful services, and GraphQL endpoints.
● Perform data migrations and develop console applications for various business processes.
● Implement and optimize bulk data processing and multi-threading operations.
● Ensure transport security and data protection across all applications.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high-quality code standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET).
● In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS 4.1 requirement 6.5 and secure coding practices.
● Proficiency in developing APIs, RESTful services, and GraphQL.
● Experience with console application development and data migration processes.
● Expertise in bulk data processing, multi-threading, and transport security.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
● Desirable experience with VGS (Very Good Security) for protecting sensitive data.
