We are looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users and assist with day-to-day help desk requests.
Responsibilities:
● Provide Level 1 help desk support.
● Assist end users with technical issues.
● Troubleshoot Windows and macOS computers.
● Support Microsoft Office 365 applications.
● Troubleshoot Adobe applications.
● Provide printer support.
Requirements:
● Previous experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
● Experience supporting Windows and macOS.
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
● Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
