We are seeking an enthusiastic, autonomous, and forward-thinking IT Support & Automation Engineer (Level 2/3) to join our team. This is a dynamic role designed for an IT professional who excels at day-to-day Managed Services Provider (MSP) operations but is also eager to grow into modern cloud automation and AI initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring our daily IT infrastructure runs smoothly while taking full ownership of specialized projects—including exploring and implementing AI agents and Power Automate workflows as business needs evolve.

Key Responsabilities:
● Day-to-Day IT Support: Manage and resolve daily service desk tickets covering core infrastructure, including networking troubleshooting, printer setups, hardware, and standard user issues.
● M365 Management: Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment for users.
● Project Ownership: Take the lead on IT projects with little to no guidance, driving them from conception to completion.
● AI & Automation Initiatives: Learn, adapt, and implement AI tools, custom AI Agents, and Power Automate workflows when specialized projects arise (Note: while this is not the majority of daily work, you must be ready to deliver on these projects).

Requeriments:
● MSP Experience: Proven experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment handling multi-tenant or multi-client infrastructure.
● Core IT Infrastructure: Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, systems administration, and end-user support (hardware, peripherals, connectivity).
● M365 Proficiency: Solid experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 suites and admin centers.
● Automation & AI Aptitude: Prior knowledge or a strong, demonstrable willingness to learn and deploy Microsoft Power Automate and AI tools/agents.
● Language: Professional fluency in English (C1/C2) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● Extreme Ownership: A self-starter who can run with projects independently and guide them to success without hand-holding.
● Enthusiasm to Learn: A genuine curiosity for emerging technologies (specifically AI and automation).
● Great Communicator: Client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical fixes clearly.
