The Digital Experience group at the company is looking for an Associate Producer / Producer, Web Experience, to manage work in our content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager and our custom implementation of WordPress. This position will work closely with teams across the Marketing organization to create personalized, impactful web pages for desktop and mobile experiences.
We are looking for someone who can find solutions on the website that satisfy the stakeholders as well as the end user. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced working in multiple enterprise content management systems and experience platforms. They have hands-on experience transforming content into production ready digital experiences. They utilize best practices in CMS and experience platforms to build, publish and maintain rich experience across complex marketing technology stacks and platforms. They are also able to see the larger picture from a digital marketing perspective. The Associate Producer / Producer, Web Experience must be an effective communicator who will work closely with the larger Web Experience Management team to complete executional tasks on digital properties.
Responsibilities:
● Assist and lead execution for certain sized projects for the web experience management team in authoring and managing pages. This includes QA and final delivery/release.
● Expert level authoring in CMS platform to execute complex and technical solutions.
● Adhere to existing templates and components within our CMS that adhere to overall brand guidelines. Suggest improvements as needed.
● Partner with stakeholders and peers to deliver digital projects optimized for lead generation and conversion within brand guidelines.
Requirements:
● 3-5 years of experience authoring web pages in an enterprise content management system (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, OpenCMS, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.)
● Expert level knowledge of HTML and CSS as well as graphic production for web; understands balance between quality vs. performance optimized for the web.
● General understanding of how the Web works in delivering digital experiences.
● Excellent organizational skills, works well in a collaborative team environment and manages and prioritizes their time effectively.
