The Role:
We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to help us build the core product experience at the company.
This is a high-ownership role across both frontend and backend. One day you might be working on payments infrastructure, the next refining onboarding or improving conversion. You’ll be expected to move across the stack fluidly and care deeply about how the product feels to users.
Today, the focus is on building things well and shipping fast, not on management. That said, this role can evolve over time as the team grows.
What You’ll Do:
● Build and own product features end-to-end across web and mobile.
● Design and implement user-facing flows with a high bar for UX, performance, and polish.
● Contribute to backend systems when needed (APIs, data models, integrations)
● Work closely with product and design to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped features.
● Use AI coding tools and build agentic workflows to automate development and produce well-tested, maintainable code quickly
What we’re looking for:
● Experience building consumer-facing products where UX and detail matter.
● Strong across the stack, with the ability to move between frontend and backend comfortably.
● Comfortable making product and UX decisions, not just implementing specs.
● Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into thoughtful, well-crafted solutions.
● A builder mindset with a bias toward shipping and iteration.
● Deep familiarity with AI coding tools and interest in building agentic workflows that generate well-tested, maintainable code with faster iteration cycles.
● Strong communication skills: clear writing, responsiveness, and willingness to engage directly with external partners.

● Railway (infrastructure), Datadog (logging), PostHog (analytics)
