We’re looking for a dynamic, positive, and organized Sales & Marketing Team Member to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, and messages.
● Build strong rapport with prospects and clients — with kindness and generosity.
● Write clear, engaging blog posts and messages for marketing campaigns.
● Support sales efforts by managing CRM entries and follow-ups (using Monday.com)
● Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasks.
● Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and think outside the box.
● Help with campaign execution and digital content distribution.
Requirements:
● Native-level Spanish and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
● Strong writing skills for blog posts, email messages, and marketing content.
● Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
● Familiarity with SEO and email marketing strategies.
● Experience with Canva and a basic understanding of graphic design principles.
● Comfortable using CRM tools, especially Monday.com.
● Must be intelligent, a fast learner, and open to picking up new tools and skills.
● Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” when solving problems or brainstorming campaigns.
● Reliable internet and power connection.
● Willingness to commit long-term.
