Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring an AI Backend / Fullstack Engineer to build and scale our AI-powered features, working directly with our Engineering and Product leadership team.
This role is foundational in designing, developing, and maintaining the backbone of our AI-driven platform. You’ll build impactful solutions used by real customers and lay the foundation for future innovation.

What You’ll Do and Own:
● AI Feature Development: Build and enhance core AI capabilities including semantic search, RAG pipelines, vector search, LLM integrations, and internal copilots.
● Backend Engineering: Write and maintain robust, production-quality backend code using Node.js/NestJS, Python, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
● AI Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage scalable AI/ML pipelines and and storage/retrieval logic, with vector database solutions (Weaviate, Milvus).
● Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain comprehensive tests (unit, integration, E2E) using Jest, PyTest, Playwright, and Selenium.
● DevOps & Cloud Management: Deploy, scale, and maintain infrastructure on AWS, ensuring system reliability and scalability (Jenkins, Docker).
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with product and business teams to define, scope, and deliver impactful features.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in backend/fullstack engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
● Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML-driven features and pipelines.
● Expertise in Node.js, NestJS, Python, TypeScript, MongoDB, and vector databases.
● Strong experience with production deployment and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Docker, Jenkins).
● Demonstrable ability to quickly build MVPs and deliver iterative improvements based on user feedback.
● Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical strategies and solutions.
● Comfortable in autonomous roles—self-driven and proactive.
