Must-have skills / experience:
● 2+ years professional Webflow development (CMS, interactions, symbol/component systems)
● Good HTML fundamentals: understands semantic tags (, , headings, alt text)
● Converting Figma designs to production sites without templates.
● Familiar with SEO on-page best practices, schema, redirects, analytics tags.
● Comfortable hooking Webflow to marketing/analytics stacks (active campaign)
● Ability to work US EST, CST or MST time zone.
Nice to Have:
● React or Vue experience; component design systems.
● Automation/CI with Zapier, email automations.
● Light design skills.
