We are looking for a Senior Accounting and Finance professional to support the company’s integration into the Holding, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting in the Holding’s ERP. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, autonomy, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under strict reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand and manage existing accounting processes, ERP systems, and financial information.
● Translate local financial information into the Holding’s accounting and reporting framework.
● Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting in the Holding’s ERP.
● Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and reporting packages.
● Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain and validate required information.
● Support intercompany processes, reconciliations, consolidation, audits, and other accounting activities.
● Identify and resolve accounting, reporting, and data issues while ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
Requisitos:
● 5+ years of accounting experience.
● Strong accounting background and understanding of financial statements and accounting processes.
● Experience in multinational and public company environments.
● Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
● Experience with multiple legal entities and international accounting environments.
● Advanced English, written and spoken – mandatory.
● Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
● Ability to quickly understand new accounting environments, processes, and systems.
● High degree of autonomy, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
