We are looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to support finance operations across multiple legal entities and countries, working closely with the Controller. This role combines operational accounting, process improvement, reporting, and post-acquisition integration activities in a fast-growing international environment where English is the main working language.
The ideal candidate has strong accounting and finance operations foundations, is comfortable working with ERP systems and financial data, and can operate autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
As the company has recently become part of a larger holding group, this role will play an important part in understanding existing processes, supporting the adoption of the holding group’s requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. The position will interact regularly with the holding group’s finance organization and contribute to ongoing integration efforts across entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Operations & Process Support:
● Develop a strong understanding of existing finance processes across multiple entities and countries.
● Support the Controller in improving finance processes, controls, and operational consistency.
Holding Integration:
● Build knowledge of the holding group’s policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
● Act as a key liaison between local teams and the holding group’s finance organization.
● Identify process gaps and support the implementation of changes required to align with the standards of a larger public company.
● Translate new requirements into internal procedures and system workflows.
Reporting & Compliance:
● Prepare mandatory reports and reporting packages required by the holding group.
● Support consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, audits, and internal control activities.
● Ensure timely and accurate reporting and help coordinate changes in group requirements.
Must have:
● 3 – 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
● Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
● Solid understanding of accounting and finance operations processes.
● Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
● B2/C1 level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
● Structured, methodical, and highly detail-oriented.
● Self-starter capable of taking ownership and working independently.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across finance and non-finance stakeholders.
● Adaptability and comfort working in evolving environments.
Nice to have:
● Experience in startups or scale-ups.
● Exposure to multi-entity and international environments.
● Experience with intercompany accounting and group-level reporting.
● Experience working with auditors or external accounting firms.
● Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
● Exposure to post-acquisition integration or process improvement initiatives.
