We are looking for a Tech Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Core Banking, Merchant, Biller, and Payment Processing systems. This role involves providing multi-level support and collaborating with global teams to ensure service continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide L1, L1.5, and L2 technical support for Core Banking operations, merchant and biller management.
● Understand the application landscape and tech stack to resolve incidents efficiently.
● Ensure continuity of support during critical issues, including off-hour availability in coordination with a 24×7 support team.
Mandatory Requirements:
● 3 – 7 years of experience in technical support roles.
● Strong domain knowledge in Core Banking.
● Experience with SQL and log analysis.
● Understanding of REST APIs.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills.
● Strong documentation skills and ability to multitask effectively.
● Basic knowledge of technology in Java.
Nice to have:
● Experience in Finance, Merchant, Billing, and Payment Processing systems.
● Familiarity with Support KPIs and performance tracking.Ability to follow ITIL processes, SOPs, and comply with Security Standards.
