The company, a leading agency in the world of digital marketing, is seeking a Salesperson in Argentina to join our team.
The role:
As a Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads over the phone and Zoom, converting them into customers. The leads will come from our digital marketing campaigns and landing pages.
The product is easy to sell and the sales cycles are very short, but the challenge lies in working fast to handle a large volume of leads, technical/digital troubleshooting in the process, and that not all leads are qualified.
Responsibilities:
● Engage with potential customers over phone and Zoom to convert warm leads into closed deals.
● Work quickly and efficiently to handle a high volume of leads.
● Instill trust and build positive relations with our customers.
● Consistently achieve sales targets and earn bonuses for successful conversions.
● Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and achieve overall business goals.
Requirements:
● High proficiency in English (both in conversation and in writing) (critical)
● Tech-savvy: High proficiency in using digital applications or information systems such as Excel, Photoshop, social media management, CRM, databases, web tools, etc.
● Energetic and enthusiastic: A people-oriented, energetic individual is a must.
● Experience or formal education is not required, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
● Full-time availability.
