This role will be needed to develop agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The developer should have experience in building agents using Agentforce, that utilizes both structured and unstructured data to perform the job functions.
An Agentforce Developer creates and customizes AI-powered agents on the Salesforce’s Agentforce platform to perform certain business functions like a human being. This role involves leveraging Agentforce to design, build, and integrate intelligent agents for tasks like business development, customer support, sales engagement and operations within the Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Salescloud and other sales management applications.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and build custom AI agents using the Agentforce platform to automate workflows and support sales activities.
● Utilize core Salesforce technologies like Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura and Flows to create and integrate solutions that work seamlessly with Agentforce.
● Design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions that can adapt to future needs, keeping in mind the architecture of the Salesforce platform.
● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to ensure collaborative and continuous improvement.
● Continuously learn and share with the rest of the team about the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and advancements in Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI space, especially with LLM (Large Language Model) technologies.
● Work closely with users to understand business needs and translate to programmable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
● 1 year of hands-on experience in Agentforce, Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
● 2-4 years of experience in AI/LLM based tools and strong understanding of Generative AI fundamentals, including Vectors, RNN/CNN techniques, RAG etc.
● 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Pardot, along with experience in Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
● 3-5 years of strong hands-on experience with building applications using Apex, LWC and Aura.
● Extensive knowledge and strong experience in Salesforce native objects, building custom objects etc. and the underlying data structures.
● Have excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills to tackle complex business problems by delivering creative and sustainable solutions.
● Have ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Use of Azure DevOps or Copado for code management, CI/CD using DevOps.
● English Level: proficiency.
