We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in understanding business needs and translating them into clear technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to understand business objectives.
● Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, data models, and system requirements.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
● Create and maintain detailed product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
● Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
● Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
● Hands-on experience with JIRA for task tracking and backlog management.
● Familiarity with development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AWS.
● Background in insurance, wealth management, or financial services is a plus.
