We are looking for a Process Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Core Banking, Merchant, Billers, and Payment Processing systems. Basic knowledge of technology, particularly in Java and SQL, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide operational support for Core Banking functions, merchant and Biller management.
Mandatory Requirements:
● 3 – 7 years of experience in the role.
● Proven experience in Process Support.
● Strong knowledge of Core Banking.
● Experience in Finance, Merchant, Billing, and Payment Processing.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills.
● Ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and comply with Security Standards.
● Experience in Documentation and ability to multitask effectively.
Nice to have:
● Knowledge of Support KPIs.
● Basic knowledge of Java and SQL.
