We are looking for a Program Manager.
Required Qualifications:
● 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
● Solid experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (front-end, back-end, QA).
● Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
● Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
● Experience coordinating with product owners/stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate status.
● Comfortable working with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and support day-to-day project management tasks (e.g. reporting, documentation, planning, or research).
● Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
● University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Nice to Have:
● PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification.
● Experience managing staff augmentation or consulting engagements.
● Familiarity with software development lifecycle and basic technical concepts (APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD).
● Experience with risk management and mitigation planning.
● Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
