We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment someone who can pick up a new client, understand their business quickly, and build the models, reports, and dashboards that drive real decisions.
If you’ve spent time in a large corporate finance department and found yourself wanting more variety, more autonomy, and more connection to the actual business — this is that role. We move fast, our clients are counting on us, and we need someone who brings energy and initiative to the work every day.
What You’ll Do:
● Build financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts across a portfolio of clients.
● Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages.
● Develop dashboards and KPI scorecards the leadership actually uses.
● Turn variance analysis into a story — not just a spreadsheet.
● Show up as a trusted financial resource for business owners who need answers, not jargon.
Requisitos:
● Have 2–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
● Are an Excel power user — modeling is second nature.
● Move fast, work independently, and take ownership without being asked.
● Have worked across multiple clients, industries, or business units.
What Sets You Apart:
● Experience in a consulting, advisory, or multi-client environment.
● Familiarity with NetSuite, Sage, or Restaurant365, or similar accounting software.
● Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
● Curious about how AI tools can make financial reporting faster and smarter.
