The role:
The Brand and Product Management (BPM) team is responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including training for external partners, efficient processing of product submissions, accurate capture of product data, robust analytics, and contractual compliance. This role involves extensive interaction with a wide range of groups engaged in the product lifecycle and focuses on implementing efficient and effective systems and processes.
The Analyst will be responsible for:
● Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to enforce defined product submission and approval processes.
● Collect, verify, complete product attributes including characters, product details for each product submission.
● Confirm accurate completion of each product submission.
● Reject speculative submissions and train external partners to reduce those submissions.
● Follow up on inactive submissions.
● Recommend systemic enhancements to support new attributes and process requirements based on day-to-day observations and needs.
● Provide timely issue communication and escalation to BPM management and facilitate visibility to the status of submissions in process.
● Manage a high volume of Product submissions, in various stages of development and approval, and ensure timely completion of required tasks at each stage of the Product development lifecycle.
Technical Skills:
● Minimum two years’ experience in PM, or operational roles with interest in commercial tasks.
● Advanced level of English is a must.
● Intermediate knowledge of Excel (use of formulas, vlookups).
● Intermediate Portuguese is desirable but not required.
Soft Skills:
● Must be able to interact with all levels of management.
● Must be an excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
● Excellent communicator in both oral and written setting.
● Self-driven, independent thinker.
● Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen.
● Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation”.
