Requirements and Skills:
● 7+ years of experience.
● 2+ years in performance testing tools.
● Strong experience on Azure Cloud.
● Define and implement the architectural strategy for Performance, reliability, scalability, and observability across systems.
● Design and guide the implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
● Lead incident response architecture and postmortem processes.
● Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
● Evaluate and integrate observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk)
● Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust and secure systems.
● Mentor Performance Test, SRE and DevOps engineers, and promote a culture of reliability and automation.
● Create KRA’s & KPIs to check for compliance to standard using automation.
● Create & maintain SRE Dashboard.
● Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices.
● Lead capacity planning, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery strategies.
