The day-to-day:
We are looking to bring on a Lead Designer who will be spearheading the UI/UX. You will be working closely with the CEO and the engineering team to collaborate on designs, improvements and bring ideas to life. We are looking for a genuine creative who can see solutions to problems in many different ways.
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in Figma for UI design.
● 4/5 years experience in UI/UX design.
● Portfolio showcasing designs focused on software applications (mobile, desktop, web apps) Designs should focus on software applications, not landing pages.
● Knowledge of UX principles enhancing usability and accessibility.
● Strong collaboration skills with developers and stakeholders.
● Comfortable working with engineering team daily.
● Experience with user feedback incorporation and design iteration.
