We are seeking a high-level, energetic, and positive CEO Assistant / Sales Assistant to support our CEO and COO. This role involves assisting in all sales-related activities, ensuring smooth operations during and after sales calls. The ideal candidate will have a near-native level of English (or native).

Key responsibilities:
● Sales Support: Assist in all sales activities, including preparing for sales meetings, taking detailed notes during calls, and ensuring all follow-up tasks are completed.
● Meeting Assistance: Attend sales calls with the CEO and COO, taking comprehensive notes, tracking action items, and ensuring all client-related tasks are promptly addressed.
● Follow-Up: Manage and follow up on pending items discussed in sales calls, ensuring that all necessary information, documents, and communications are delivered to clients on time. Stellar followup is perhaps the most critical aspect of this job.
● High-Level Assistance: Provide executive-level support to the CEO, including managing schedules, reminding of important tasks, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
● Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during sales calls, representing the company at the highest level.

Requirements:
● Fluency in English: Must have near-native fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
● Executive Experience: Prior experience providing high-level assistance to a CEO or executive is highly preferred.
● Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and follow through to completion.
● Positive Energy: A positive and energetic presence, especially during sales calls, to help create a favorable impression with clients.
● Adaptability: Willingness to learn sales processes and assist with various tasks as needed.
