We are currently seeking a tech-savvy virtual assistant or developer with experience in course platforms (particularly System.io) to support the setup and optimization of our digital course infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with video libraries, CRM, and marketing funnels. Familiarity with multi-tiered membership sites and recurring payment setups is also important.
Main Responsibilities:
● Course Integration & Platform Setup.
● Upload and organize existing online courses into System.io.
● Ensure a clean, logical layout for course participants.
● Work with existing materials (currently around six courses) and help upload new ones in the future.
● CRM & Funnel Setup.
● Build and launch marketing funnels for course promotions.
● Help manage customer journeys including landing pages, email sequences, opt-in forms, and sales pages.
● Assist with launch strategy and basic CRM functions using System.io.
● Membership Site Development.
● Help configure a multi-level membership site with tiered access.
● Integrate proper access permissions for different membership levels.
● Connect the structure to recurring payments and upsell flows.
● Video Library Setup.
● Support the creation of a navigable video library organized by topic.
● Videos are currently hosted on YouTube — advice is welcome on whether to embed them directly or re-upload to System.io.
● Create a layout that is user-friendly and aligned with the brand.
Tools/Platforms Involved:
● System.io (primary platform)
● YouTube (all current videos are hosted here)
● Podia (optional platform under consideration)
● Candidates with experience using both System.io and Podia are encouraged to share platform comparisons.
What We’re Looking For:
● Experience in System.io, Podia, or similar platforms.
● Clear understanding of membership sites, funnels, and CRM systems.
● Creative eye for layout, navigation, and user experience.
● Strong communication and ability to follow branding/guidelines.
● Bonus if you can recommend platform improvements or share experience-based insights.
