Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership and Project Management:
● Lead a team of developers in building high-quality web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment.
Architecture and Design:
● Architect robust and scalable solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance goals.
● Make architectural decisions and set technical direction in consultation with the team.
Code Development and Review:
● Develop high-quality code and establish coding standards.
● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
Mentorship and Team Building:
● Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
● Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
Problem Solving and Optimization:
● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
● Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Staying Technologically Current:
● Keep abreast of emerging trends in software development, particularly in Angular and .NET Core.
● Evaluate and adopt new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Angular and .NET Core.
● Proven experience as a team leader or mentor in a software development setting.
● In-depth knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, .NET Core, and C#.
● Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL.
● Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
● Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
