Responsibilities:
● Lead consulting and technical initiatives for the ServiceNow platform, including design, configuration, development, and testing of Service Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.
● Support implementation team by gathering requirements, managing configurations, and conducting QA and user testing.
● Architect ITIL process implementations and prioritize development efforts.
● Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications.
● Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of ServiceNow applications.
● Write clean, efficient, and testable code, ensuring compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow-related issues in a timely manner.
● Participate in code reviews.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
● 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
● Expertise in Business Rules, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Workflows, and related tools.
● Knowledge in creating and maintaining ACLs.
● Experience importing data into ServiceNow from third-party applications.
● Strong client-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
● Experience in an agile development environment.
● Proficient in JavaScript, Web Services, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide Record, Glide Ajax, etc.)
● Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes.
● Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
