What we’re looking for:
The Billing Specialist serves as the organization’s face to customers for billing interactions, contributing directly to the Accounts Receivable and Billing function. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of customer billing and collections, supports strong cash flow, upholds compliance, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
Customer Billing Operations:
● Manage customer communications via Zendesk, ensuring timely and professional responses to billing inquiries.
● Set up and maintain customer contacts, transactions, and invoicing schedules within the billing platform used by customers and internal teams.
● Conduct daily transaction reviews to ensure billing accuracy and identify expired or incomplete transactions.

Collections & Financial Support:
● Support collections efforts by monitoring overdue accounts, researching payment statuses, and coordinating outreach.
● Assist with customer account suspensions in accordance with company policy.
● Contribute to monthly sales tax reconciliations and reporting.

Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
● Partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maintain alignment and operational efficiency.

Required:
● Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
● Proven ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Demonstrated time and stakeholder management abilities.
● English Level: Fluent (C1/C2) is mandatory.
● Reside in Buenos Aires or nearby.
● Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or team events.
