What we’re looking for:
The Project Manager manages and executes strategic consulting projects for clients, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery of solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable optimal use of the organization’s products and services. Acting as a key link between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, this role ensures projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality, directly impacting customer value realization and successful adoption of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Manage consulting projects of medium complexity from definition through implementation and closure.
● Collaborate in identifying and defining client strategic challenges, contributing to process and workflow analysis.
● Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
● Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, implementing corrective and mitigation actions when deviations occur.
● Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external), ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
● Support business opportunities by preparing estimates, proposals, high-level planning, and client presentations.
● Guide clients in adopting best practices, promoting operational and management changes aligned with project goals.
● Monitor project progress proactively, managing risks, issues, and scope changes.
● Analyze value generation from project initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
● Communicate project status clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
● Provide guidance and support to junior profiles (junior PMs, analysts, consultants), delegating tasks and supervising deliverables.
Required:
● 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting, technology, professional services, or digital transformation environments.
● Hands-on experience with traditional and/or agile project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
● Functional knowledge of business processes and operational improvement initiatives.
● Proven experience working directly with clients and managing expectations.
● Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams.
● High level of organizational and prioritization capability, managing multiple initiatives and dependencies simultaneously.
● Effective communication and presentation skills.
● Results-oriented mindset, focused on value delivery, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
● English Level: Upper Intermediate (B2+) is mandatory.
Nice to have:
● University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
● Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar.
● Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
Others:
● Based in Chile, Argentina, Perú, or Paraguay is preferred.
