We are looking for a Sales Advocate Specialist.
Responsibilities:
● Works in tandem with the Account Executive (AE) assigned to the account with an emphasis on the pre-sales L2Q (Lead-to-Quote).
● Serves as backup to cover administrative functions of the AE whenever the AE is unavailable.
● Owns the MACDs (Move/Add/Change/Disconnect) process for existing services, interacting directly with the client.
● Process on its own all the small sales, including upgrades and downgrades to existing and new services as defined by the Company’s current policy.
● Assists and follows up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all the quotes requested by the client, including direct coordination with CES’s pre-sales and finance and other account executives/pre-sales engineers throughout the LATAM region.
● Executes all the processes and subprocesses needed to process MACDs that are defined as a direct responsibility of the Commercial Area.
● Coordinates the timely compliance with all the client requirements and procedures to complete a closed deal, including registering CES as a provider for the client, obtaining a Purchase Order (PO) to associate with service billing, etc.
● Directly interacts with the client and CES’s Legal department to help with all the external documentation and administrative tasks required to close a deal, including follow-ups on NDA, MSA (Master Service Agreements), contracts, addendums, schedules, etc.
● Coordinates with Sales Operations to ensure that a closed deal becomes a processed order in the shortest possible time.
● Interacts and keeps updated with the Company’s systems, including Salesforce.
● Escalates any situation as needed to the appropriate levels to resolve any outstanding client issues as expeditiously as possible.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
● Experience in Customer Care for large accounts in B2B services environment.
● 3+ years in a junior Sales position and/or 3+ years in a Customer Care position.
● Prior experience in sales and Customer Care positions is a big plus.
● Intermediate math functions include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and analytical skills, including averages, trends, standard deviation, rankings, etc.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to communicate information effectively and persuasively.

● Computer Skills including Advance Microsoft Office suite.
● Salesforce CRM.
● Tableau BI (preferred)
