We are looking for a Sr. QA Manual to ensure the quality and reliability of our payment platform through detailed testing, validation, and reporting. This role is key to guaranteeing smooth user experiences and consistent product performance across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
● Design and execute manual test cases for APIs, web applications, and backend services.
● Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
● Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
● Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
● Participate in sprint planning and review sessions, contributing to quality assurance best practices.
● Support the definition and maintenance of test documentation and standards.
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in manual software testing, ideally within complex environments.
● Experience in fintech, banking, or payment platforms.
● Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
● Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and reports.
● Experience working with tools such as Postman, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
