The company is a fintech company specializing in local and cross-border payment solutions for emerging markets. Our platform enables global companies to accept payments in local currencies through native methods in each country, facilitating their international expansion.
We are looking for a Product Manager Payins to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s pay-in solutions. This role will focus on enabling global companies to accept payments in local currencies through diverse payment methods, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable experiences. You will work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams to expand the company’s reach and strengthen our pay-in offering across emerging markets.
Responsibilities:
● Define and own the product roadmap and strategy for pay-in solutions.
● Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
● Partner with global merchants and internal stakeholders to capture customer needs and translate them into requirements.
● Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to deliver reliable, user-friendly, and compliant pay-in products.
● Design and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
● Ensure regulatory, compliance, and security standards are embedded in all pay-in solutions.
● Manage integrations with local payment methods, acquirers, and technology partners.
● Lead product launches and work with Commercial teams on go-to-market initiatives.
● Continuously track fintech trends and emerging technologies to keep the company ahead in pay-ins.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years focused on pay-ins, acquiring, or digital payments.
● Strong knowledge of local and cross-border payment ecosystems.
● Proven track record of managing integrations with payment processors, banks, or alternative payment methods.
● Solid understanding of financial services regulations, compliance, and risk management.
● Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product execution.
● Experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
● Advanced English level (spoken and written).
