The role:
We are looking for a Product Owner Internal & Treasury to lead the design, development, and optimization of internal platforms and treasury-related solutions at the company. This role will focus on enhancing tools and processes that enable financial operations, liquidity management, and reporting across our global markets. You will work closely with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that support the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
● Own the product backlog and roadmap for internal and treasury systems.
● Gather requirements from Finance, Treasury, and Operations teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
● Collaborate with Engineering to design and deliver scalable internal platforms and automation tools.
● Ensure solutions support liquidity management, settlements, reconciliations, and compliance processes.
● Monitor product performance, KPIs, and continuously improve treasury workflows.
● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Finance, IT, and Product teams.
● Manage integrations with banks, financial institutions, and reporting tools.
● Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory requirements through product features.
● Drive adoption of treasury tools across the organization with training and clear documentation.
Requirements:
● 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least 2 years in the fintech environment.
● Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial processes.
● Experience building or managing internal platforms, financial tools, or ERP systems.
● Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and backlog management.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial needs into solutions.
● Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
● Advanced English level (spoken and written).
