What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for energetic and self-driven Business Development Executives to help us expand our footprint in the legal and healthcare sectors in US.
Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively generate leads, pursue potential clients, and close deals across the US legal market.
● Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to connect with attorneys and law firms.
● Assist managers during client negotiations and help in the closure of high- value opportunities.
● Drive B2B sales initiatives, conduct virtual demos, and prepare compelling sales presentations.
● Build strong, long-term client relationships with US-based law firms, attorneys, and general counsels.
● Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
● Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
● Graduate in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● 6 months – 2 years of experience in B2B international sales (LPO/KPO/US sales experience preferred).
● Excellent spoken and written communication skills [English]
● Exceptional negotiation, and presentation skills.
● High energy, target-driven.
● Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
● A go-getter mindset with a hunger to grow and make an impact.
