We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value merchants across multiple international markets – with a strong focus on Asia – while bringing your own network, identifying new business opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth.
This is a role for someone who lives on the road and opens doors others can’t. It combines strategic account management, business development, and payment optimization in a fast-paced, international fintech environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to merchants maximizing the value of our payment solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic merchants acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
\u25cf Own the day-to-day management of merchant requests, ensuring timely resolution and an exceptional client experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Hunt, engage, and onboard new merchants across international markets – leveraging your existing client network, especially in Asia.
\u25cf Understand each merchant’s business model and expand existing accounts by recommending the payment solutions, products, and transaction flows that best fit their needs.
\u25cf Travel frequently to meet merchants, partners, and prospects in their markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Monitor transaction performance and processing trends across geographies; analyze under- and over-performing methods, merchants, and markets to find optimization opportunities.
\u25cf Detect winning payment strategies and roll out best practices across the portfolio.
\u25cf Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Support to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience & network:<\/em>
\u25cf An existing portfolio of merchant relationships in the Asian market (platforms, aggregators, or key stakeholders) that you can activate from day one. Relationships across China, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and Africa are a strong plus.
\u25cf Proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Merchant Success, with demonstrated success growing strategic merchant relationships internationally.
\u25cf Strong grasp of cross-border payments, merchant acquiring, APMs, and payment optimization, ideally with high-volume digital merchants.
\u25cf Experience in high-risk verticals (online gaming, adult entertainment, crypto) is a strong differentiator; direct experience with adult-industry merchants is highly valued.
\u25cf Experience working with tools such as Looker, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Figma, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Strong analytical mindset – turns data into action.
\u25cf Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
\u25cf Intermediate to advanced Excel and IA softwares.
\u25cf Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to influence C-level \/ stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Bachelor’s degree preferred.
\u25cf Fluent English mandatory; Spanish highly desirable; an additional market-relevant language (e.g. Mandarin) is a strong plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
