As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead enterprise software implementation projects, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and provide measurable value.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, EMEA, you will become part of an international consulting team specializing in digital transformation and SHEQ software solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Advise clients on the implementation of software solutions supporting SHEQ, Compliance, ESG, and Risk Management processes.
\u25cf Analyze business processes and translate customer requirements into functional solutions.
\u25cf Participate in complex implementation projects, collaborating with consultants and analysts to configure, validate, and deploy functional and technical solutions.
\u25cf Ensure high-quality project deliverables through functional validation, testing, and end- user training.
\u25cf Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings with clients.
\u25cf Build long-term relationships with international clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
\u25cf Support pre-sales activities by contributing to service estimates, proposals, and solution presentations.
\u25cf Collaborate with geographically distributed teams on international projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably in projects related to Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ\/QHSE), Compliance, Risk Management, or business process improvement.
\u25cf Minimum 4 years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
\u25cf Proven experience leading all phases of digital transformation and software implementation projects, including:
– Requirements gathering and analysis.
– Functional configuration and system setup.
– Functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
– End-user training.
– Functional documentation.
– Quality assurance.
Go-live support and post-implementation assistance.
\u25cf Experience facilitating workshops and managing customer-facing meetings.
\u25cf Ability to independently manage projects and client relationships.
\u25cf Experience with ESG, Compliance, Occupational Health & Safety, and Risk Management projects is highly desirable.
