We are looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to support finance operations across multiple legal entities and countries, working closely with the Controller. This role combines operational accounting, process improvement, reporting, and post-acquisition integration activities in a fast-growing international environment where English is the main working language.
The ideal candidate has strong accounting and finance operations foundations, is comfortable working with ERP systems and financial data, and can operate autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
As the company has recently become part of a larger holding group, this role will play an important part in understanding existing processes, supporting the adoption of the holding group’s requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. The position will interact regularly with the holding group’s finance organization and contribute to ongoing integration efforts across entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finance Operations & Process Support:<\/em>
\u25cf Develop a strong understanding of existing finance processes across multiple entities and countries.
\u25cf Support the Controller in improving finance processes, controls, and operational consistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Build knowledge of the holding group’s policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
\u25cf Act as a key liaison between local teams and the holding group’s finance organization.
\u25cf Identify process gaps and support the implementation of changes required to align with the standards of a larger public company.
\u25cf Translate new requirements into internal procedures and system workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Prepare mandatory reports and reporting packages required by the holding group.
\u25cf Support consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, audits, and internal control activities.
\u25cf Ensure timely and accurate reporting and help coordinate changes in group requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf 3 – 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
\u25cf Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
\u25cf Solid understanding of accounting and finance operations processes.
\u25cf Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
\u25cf B2\/C1 level of English (written and spoken) \u2013 mandatory.
\u25cf Structured, methodical, and highly detail-oriented.
\u25cf Self-starter capable of taking ownership and working independently.
\u25cf Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across finance and non-finance stakeholders.
\u25cf Adaptability and comfort working in evolving environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Experience in startups or scale-ups.
\u25cf Exposure to multi-entity and international environments.
\u25cf Experience with intercompany accounting and group-level reporting.
\u25cf Experience working with auditors or external accounting firms.
\u25cf Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
