We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience providing bookkeeping services for U.S.-based companies, is proficient in QuickBooks Online, and has excellent English communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u25cf Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online.
\u25cf Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
\u25cf Process payroll.
\u25cf Perform account reconciliations.
\u25cf Support month-end close activities.
\u25cf Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\u25cf 10+ years of bookkeeping experience.
\u25cf Proven experience providing bookkeeping services for American companies.
\u25cf Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
\u25cf Experience with AP\/AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
\u25cf Excellent English communication skills.
\u25cf Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
