As part of the team and if the community:<\/em>
\u25cf Ensure that software development teams apply the Testing Methodology (SOP)
\u25cf Collaborate with software development teams to ensure product and solution quality at every stage of the development process.
\u25cf Test continuously the solution to detect bugs as soon as possible.
\u25cf Review product design documentation to ensure that the requirements stated are correct, unambiguous and verifiable.
\u25cf Define test plans, design test cases, execute and create test reports to describe programme evaluation, testing and correction.
\u25cf Report bugs according to guidelines, make sure that the defect tracking system is always updated.
\u25cf Use quality and tracking tools to trace the progress of the job (e.g. Jira xray, testlink, etc.)
\u25cf Maintain effective communication with assigned projects and development teams.
\u25cf Ensure all automated tests integrate with continuous integration and delivery processes.
\u25cf Test automation skills (Java\/Selenium)
\u25cf Monitor regularly the automation results and diagnose the failures.
\u25cf Automate the test cases and maintain the automation updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Define and maintain test strategy.
\u25cf Coordinate all testers involved in the project and guarantee that the final integration test is planned, executed and documented.
\u25cf Identify areas for improvement in test processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
\u25cf Provide Management with a valid and unambiguous status of the project from a quality point of view.
\u25cf Analyze time required and project impact based on time and test coverage estimation.
\u25cf Ensure that Quality gates (unit test, quality code, etc) are implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education (Graduated or advanced student \u2013 4th year onwards).
\u25cf Minimum of 4 years of experience in a QA Automation\/Manual role.
\u25cf Proven experience in test automation and manual testing (for edge case and exploratory testing).
\u25cf Experience developing tests using Selenium\/JUnit (as the main tool).
\u25cf Experience in Java programming\/scripting (writing scripts for Selenium).
\u25cf Experience using a Cucumber\/Gherkin automation framework (writing Gherkin scenarios and converting them into code).
\u25cf Experience with Git (daily use).
\u25cf Strong technical reporting skills, with the ability to generate quality dashboards including metrics such as bug reintroduction rate, test coverage, release stability, and performance trends, using tools like Jira\/Xray, SonarQube, or similar.
\u25cf Experience presenting reports to local management and global teams, including interpreting technical data to support decision-making.
\u25cf English fluency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf ISTQB certification.
\u25cf Experience with Six Sigma and FMEA is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
