About the Role:<\/strong>
We\u2019re seeking a skilled and experienced Level 3 IT Technician to join our growing IT support team. In this role, you’ll handle escalated technical issues, manage infrastructure tasks, and serve as the final point of resolution for critical systems problems. You’ll work closely with systems administrators, engineers, and help desk staff to maintain uptime and performance across all platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong>
\u25cf Provide advanced technical support for desktop, server, network, and application issues.
\u25cf Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software problems.
\u25cf Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms (VMware\/Hyper-V), and cloud services (Azure, M365, AWS)
\u25cf Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
\u25cf Collaborate with IT leadership to implement infrastructure improvements and security enhancements.
\u25cf Document solutions, procedures, and system configurations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requisitos:<\/strong>
\u25cf 12+ years of IT support experience, with at least 5 years at Level 2 or 3.
\u25cf Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
\u25cf Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), cloud services (Azure or AWS), and backup\/disaster recovery systems.
\u25cf Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP\/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
\u25cf Excellent troubleshooting skills.
\u25cf Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
