We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer.
Main Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
● Create custom business rules, UI policies, UI scripts, client scripts, and notifications.
● Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
● Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, including:
– Incident Management.
– Problem Management.
– Change Management.
– Service Catalog.
● Ensure solutions comply with internal security policies and ITIL processes.
● Perform regular system upgrades and ensure optimal performance.
● Work closely with ITSM process owners to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Certifications ServiceNow:
● Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
● Certified Application Developer (CAD).
● Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS): Cloud Provisioning, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
● Micro-Certifications: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine Studio, Predictive Intelligence.
Required:
● + 7 years of experience.
● Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
● Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.)
● Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs)
● Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
● Experience working with ServiceNow APIs.
● Familiarity with relational databases.
● Experience with cloud technologies (AWS)
● Proficiency with ServiceNow Workflow Editor.
● Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
● Experience with ServiceNow Studio.
● Experience with:
– CSDM.
– Employee Center.
– Workday/ServiceNow Integration.
– Request Management.
– Software Asset.
– CMDB.
● English Level: proficiency.
